Why can't I use an Adblocker?
Adblockers prevent the use of some underlying technology in your browser, which we use in order to cache our virtual instruments that are used in edit mode of the Piano Roll.
If you use AIVA's desktop app though, you'll never run into this problem. You can download the desktop app here.
Alternatively, please turn off the Adblocker.
If you are using a private browsing window (an incognito window) you may also have an issue signing in your account.
To solve the problem, please use a regular browsing window and refresh the page.
