How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, after you Log in, click the small window containing your email address at the left corner on the bottom of the page, and select "Settings" then choose "Change my Password" and follow the instructions to change your password.


If you forgot your password, go to the "Log in" page, enter your email address then click "Forgot your password?". You will receive an email from us with further instructions on how to update your password. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
