I don't understand the terms of License
Under a Free Plan You may use the tracks that are created under a Free plan for non-commercial purposes. That includes ANY use cases that are meant to be non-for-profit, and that are not promoting any commercial activity in any way. The copyright of the tracks you create is owned by AIVA You MUST give credit to AIVA when using the track. Will AIVA create the same track twice?
Our Artificial Intelligence systems are based on stochastic algorithms, meaning that the likelihood of AIVA generating exactly the same composition twice is practically impossible, when trained properly. We have placed a lot of care in training and testing our systems with scale in mind. If you’d like to ask more (technical) questions about how that works, feel free to reach out at email@example.com.

How can I downgrade/cancel my subscription?
You can downgrade to a free plan at any time. Any costs already paid out (for a yearly or monthly membership) will not be refunded. You will be able to enjoy your membership until it runs out, and will then be automatically converted to a free user. Please note, that in case of downgrading prior to current plan's expiration date no refund will be possible.
What happens to the copyright of my compositions if I upgrade / downgrade / cancel my subscription?
Upgrading to any Pro plan When you upgrade to Pro Monthly or Pro Annually, you will own the copyright of all of the compositions created before your subscription started AND during your subscription. What am I charged for when I upgrade from one subscription to another?
When you upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan (e.g. from Standard Monthly to Standard Annually), you are charged the difference between the new annual plan, and the price for the time that you have used on your current plan. How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, after you Log in, click the small window containing your email address at the left corner on the bottom of the page, and select "Settings" then choose "Change my Password" and follow the instructions to change your password. If you forgot your password, go to the "Log in" page, enter your email address then click "Forgot your password?".
